It’s a concept that’s become very popular in the UK and Australia, and one that has recently been extended to Australia’s other food and drink venues, such as restaurants and pubs.
If you’re planning to host a restaurant banquer, it’s worth knowing what’s available in each country, and how much you’ll be able to charge.
How much to charge for a banquet template in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK?
You’ll want to read up on the rules to make sure you’re following the correct ones.
Australia’s Restaurant Banquets: The Basics You’ll need to be at least 18 to be eligible for a restaurant banquet template.
You may also need a valid visa to visit a restaurant in Australia.
You’ll have to be accompanied by a licensed and registered person.
You’re free to bring a full menu, but be careful to check the ingredients, serving and cooking information before you arrive.
You won’t be allowed to use food and beverages outside the banqueting area.

Restaurants, bars, and pubs generally start charging the minimum wage of $40.20 for a table of six, plus GST (if applicable).
There’s no minimum table size.
You can’t use food or beverages that aren’t allowed at your banquetting location.
If the banquer is full, you may only get two meals.
If there are fewer than two people at a banque, you’ll need a permit from the venue to use a designated area or use the bar area.
This means you can’t share a table or sit on a couch.
It also means you won’t have to pay to use the rest of the bar, which will be available for $5 a person per night.
For a banquette template, the banque must be a food and/or beverage venue, and the table size must be between four and seven people.
The food and wine may only be served in the dining room area, so there are limits on how many people can attend.
The rules for the dining area will vary depending on the venue and the rules of the food and drinks banquetry.
The table size can be between three and six people.
You should always check the food menu before you get started, as there’s no substitute for knowing what the restaurant’s standard menu is.
If your banquet is full and there are a lot of people, the dining hall may be used as a bar.

They must also provide you with a ‘purchasing notice’, which lists what is and isn’t allowed.
For example, a banqes banqueemat may say ‘no guests over the age of 16’ and ‘no minors under 16’ in the ‘purchase notice’.
